Our reception is open Monday-Friday 07.00 - 22.45 and Saturday-Sunday 08.00-22.45. We invite you to enjoy a welcome drink between 13.00 and 17.00.
Our panoramic lifts are open Monday-Sunday from 07.30 to 23.00.

For reception services during the night, please contact us using your room telephone or via the Gothia Towers reception at the main entrance, which is manned 24 hours.

Entry to our spa is included in your stay with us and can be booked from 15.00 on your day of arrival until 11.00 on your day of departure (subject to capacity). Spa entry is for a three-hour period.
Please change in your hotel room before heading to the spa for your booked visit. You will find a bathrobe and slippers in your wardrobe (please contact us if you require a different size). We then look forward to welcoming you at our spa reception on floor 20 to check in.

We serve an à la carte menu featuring seasonal dishes. We use organic suppliers as much as possible and focus strongly on meals prepared from scratch.

We offer a turn-down service every evening between 18.00 and 21.00.

Our team will check over your room one extra time and prepare it for the evening and night.

Welcome to our gym, on the 19th floor, with the latest fitness equipment from Life Fitness. Entry to the gym is included when staying at Upper House.
The minimum age for visiting Upper House Gym is 16 years.

Floor 20, Tower 2.

Our fitness and yoga classes are included free of charge for our hotel guests.
