The praline is filled with a milk chocolate ganache made with Bahibe, encased in a Bahibe chocolate shell, and finally sprayed with chocolate for a velvety finish. Bahibe is an intense 46% milk chocolate from Valrhona with notes of dried fruit and robust cocoa.
